How this website handles information

Effective September 11, 2026

Scope

This notice describes the information practices of CSP, Inc. for the CSP AI website. It does not replace privacy notices that may apply to CSP services, client engagements, employee information, or third-party websites.

Information you provide

The inquiry form asks for your name, work email address, phone number, company, and an optional description of the business outcome you are exploring. When you submit the form, CSP securely sends that information to Autotask, our business-management platform. The workflow creates or associates an organization, may create or associate a contact when permitted, creates a sales opportunity, and schedules follow-up.

If you contact CSP, we use the information you send to respond, understand your interests, communicate about relevant CSP services, maintain business records, and protect against misuse.

Technical information

Like most websites, the hosting and security infrastructure may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser and device information, request date and time, pages requested, diagnostic logs, and authentication events. The website currently uses Microsoft Entra ID for access control. Web fonts are served directly by CSP's hosting environment.

CSP does not currently use advertising pixels or cross-site behavioral advertising technologies on this website. The site does not currently set CSP analytics cookies. Browser privacy signals, including Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track, therefore do not change the behavior of advertising or analytics technologies on this website.

How information is used and disclosed

CSP may use technical and inquiry information to operate and secure the site, respond to requests, improve the experience, troubleshoot problems, maintain records, and comply with legal obligations.

CSP may disclose information to service providers that support hosting, authentication, communications, security, and other business operations; to professional advisers; when required by law or legal process; or as part of a corporate transaction. CSP does not sell personal information collected through this concept or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention and security

CSP retains information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including responding to inquiries, maintaining business and security records, meeting legal obligations, and resolving disputes. Retention periods vary by the type of record and the systems involved.

CSP uses administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please do not include confidential, regulated, or sensitive personal information in the inquiry.

Your choices

You may choose not to submit the inquiry form. You may also ask CSP to provide information about, correct, or delete personal information associated with your inquiry, subject to applicable law and recordkeeping requirements. CSP may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

California disclosures

California's online privacy law requires covered commercial websites to describe the categories of personally identifiable information they collect and the categories of third parties with whom they may share it. Those practices are described above. CSP does not permit other parties to collect personally identifiable information through this concept for cross-site behavioral advertising.

Whether additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act apply depends on the law and CSP's business and data practices. If they apply to your information, CSP will honor verified requests as required by law. CSP will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
