My team is already using LLMs like ChatGPT and Claude. How is this different?

It’s a completely different model.

Proactive: The original AI chatbot is extremely reactive. This has given individual users some productivity gains but has not resulted in widespread ROI. AI agents, by contrast, are proactive. They are given job roles, KPIs, and processes to complete work proactively.
